velocity(v)=1km/s=1000m/s
height=25km=25*10^3m
potential energy=mgh
                             =318*9.8*25*10^3
                              =7.79*10^7 joules
kinetic energy=1/2mv2
                         =1/2*318*1000^2
                          =1.59*10^8 joules
