Initial velocity , u = 0 m/s

∵ started from rest

Acceleration , a = 4 m/s²

Final velocity , v = ? m/s

Time , t = 3 s

Apply 1st equation of motion ,

:\implies \sf \pink{v=u+at}\ \; \bigstar

:\implies \sf v=(0)+(4)(3)

:\implies \sf v=0+12

:\implies \sf \green{v=12\ m/s}\ \; \bigstar

So , Velocity of the rocket ship after 3 s is 12 m/s .
