shear stress = force /area = 20 * 10 N / 5 * 10^-6 m&2
= 40 * 10^6 N/m^2

tan theta = 10 cm / 50 cm = 0.2
theta = 0.197 radians or nearly 0.2 radians
shear modulus = G = shear stress / shear strain = 200 * 10^6 N/m^2
= 40 * 10^6 N/m^2
