Work Done by gravity from initial to final point.

W = mg l/2 sin 30° = mgl /4 --- (1)

As per work theorem,

W = 1/2 I ω²

W = 1/2 . mL³ /3. ω²   --- (2)

Therefore, ω = √30 rad by solving (1) & (2)
