ml²/3 = mgl/2l

∝ = 3g/2l

a = ∝.r

∴ a = (3g/2l)×(l/2)  = 3g/4

  a = 3g/4

mg - Na = ma

N(A) - mg - m ×(3g/4)  = (3mg - mg)/4

N(A) = mg/4

Answer = mg/4
