a room has a dimensions 15 into 12 metres the floor of a room is to be covered with the barbil tiles measuring 45 CM by 20 cmhow many tiles are required​

Firstly we have to find the area of floor

Length of floor=15m

Breadth of floor=12m

Area of floor=l*b

= 15*12

=180m

Area of floor in cm=180*100

=18000cm

Length of barbil tile=45cm

Breadth of barbil tile=20cm

Area of tile=45*20

= 900

No. of tiles required = Area of floor/Area of tile

=18000/900

=20

So number of tiles required for floor is 20
