Now,

area of base = area of ceiling -----------------------------1 (since it is cuboid)

and,

area of base + area of base = T S A - C S A (From 1)

2(area of base) = 350 m² - 200 m²

area of base = 150 m²/2

Therefore,

Area of base = 75 m²
