Dimension of the room

=(12×12×10)feet

=(144×144×120)inchs..... [as,1feet=12inchs]

Dimension of each brick

=(9×5×3)inchs

Now volume of the room

=(144×144×120)inch³

Now volume of the each brick

=(9×5×3)inch³

∴No.of bricks

  = \frac{144 \times 144 \times 120}{9 \times 5 \times 3}  \\  = 18432 \: pcs

∴cost of bricks

 =  \frac{12000}{2000}  \times 18432 \: rs \\  = 110592 \: rs
