A room is 20 m long and 15 M wide how many tiles of 50 cm X 30 cm will be needed to cover the floor

l= 2000cm( of room)
b= 1500cm(of room)

no of tiles required= (2000*1500)/(50*30)
= 2000 tiles will be required...

area of floor of room÷area of tile

area of room= 20×15
=300 square metre

area of tile=50×30
=1500 sq.cm
=0.15 sq.m
so tiles required=300÷0.15
=2000tiles
