Breadth of the room = 10m 30cm

$1m = 100cm \\ 10m = 1000cm \\ 10m \: 30cm = 1030cm$

Area of the carpet = Length x Breadth

$2050 \times 1030 = 2111500 {cm}^{2} \\ = 211.15 { m }^{2}$
