Length of the room = 20m 50cm

1m = 100cm \\ 20m = 20 \times 100 = 2000cm \\ 20m \: 50cm =2050cm

Breadth of the room = 10m 30cm

1m = 100cm \\ 10m = 1000cm \\ 10m \: 30cm = 1030cm

Area of the carpet = Length x Breadth

2050 \times 1030 = 2111500 {cm}^{2}  \\  = 211.15 { m }^{2}

u'r done!!
