A room is 30m long, 24m broad and 18m high. Find the lenght of the longest rod that can be placed in the room.

The rod will be place diagnolly in the room.
Room is cuboidal in shape so formula of diagnol in cuboid will be used
=√length²+breadth²+height²

i.e square root of .....30^2+24^2+18^2
√900+576+324   =   √1800  =  42.426m

length of rod=42.426m
