Breadth = 3 m 50 cm
= 3+ 50/100
= 3+ .50
= 3.50 m

Area of rectangle = L × B
 = 4 \times 3.5 \\  = 14 \: m {}^{2}
Area of Carpet is 1 sq.m

So The number of Square carpet =
