Solution :

Given : A room is 6m 50cm long and 5m 50cm wide .

To Find : What will be maximum lenght stone.

Answer : maximum lenght stone = Room length ÷ Room width

HCF of 650 and 550 ;

650 = 550 * 1 + 100

550 = 100*5 + 50

100 = 50*2 + 0

Therefore, HCF of 650 and 550 Is 50 cm.

Hence, 50 cm will be maximum length stone.

❋ Given :

A room is 6m 50cm long and 5m 50cm wide

❋ To Find :

What will be maximum lenght stone ?

❋ Solution :

✽ Maximum Length Stone = Room Length ÷ Room Width

HCF of 650 and 550,

650: 2 5 5 13

550: 2 5 5 11

GCF: 2 5 5

The Highest Common Factor (HCF) is: 2 × 5 × 5 = 50

Therefore, the maximum length of the stone is 50 cm
