Dimensions of room:

L=7.5m

B=10.5m

H=5m

TSA of room=2(lb+bh+lh)

=2[7.5(10.5)+10.5(5)+7.5(5)]

=2(78.75+52.5+37.5)

=2(168.75)

=206.25sq.m

Area of door(AOD)=lb

=2.5m×3m

=7.5sq.m

Area of window(AOW)=4m×4.5m

=18sq.m

Area of walls=TSA-AOD-AOW

=206.25-7.5-18

=206.25-25.5

=180.75sq.m

Rate of painting=Rs.50/sq.m

Cost of painting the walls of the room=180.75×50

=Rs.10287

Answer:

7725

Step-by-step explanation:

2 (l+b)*H = 2(7.5+10.5)*5=2*18*5=180sq.m Area of door=4*4.5=18sq.m Area of window= 2.5*3=7.5sq.m Area of four walls-area of window-area of door=180-18-7.5=154.5=154.5*50=7725
