a room is 8m long. A rod of length 10m has been hardly fitted in to the room on its floor from its corner to opposite corner . what is the breadth of the room

it will calculated by using Pythagoras theorem;
I.e. [rod length]^2 - [length of room]^2 = [breadth] ^2
Breadth = 6 meters
I.e. [rod length]^2 - [length of room]^2 = [breadth] ^2
Breadth = 6 meters
