a room is 9 metre wide. its floor is covered with 1230 square tiles.Each sides of tile is 30 cm. find the length of the room .​

to get one side of the room take the area of the area of the tiles × the number of tiles divided by the width you are given ..

NB beware of the units on is in m the other cm....always work with the same units ALWAYS.

1230×0.3×0.3/9× X=110.7/9

=12.3

SO x =12.3cm
