Answer:

no of tiles = (12m x 9m) / (45cm x 30cm)

= (1200cm x 900cm) / (45 cm x 30 cm)

= 1200/30 x 900/45

= 400 x 20

= 8000 tiles

Answer:

800 marbles

Explanation:

Area of the floor = 12 x 9 = 108 m² = 1080000 cm²

Area of the marble tile = 45 x 30 = 1350 cm²

Required number of tiles = 1080000/1350 = 800
