Area of floor =2000×600=1200000
Area of tile = 25×20=500
No of tiles = 1200000÷500=2400
Cost of 2400 tiles =25×2400= 60000

let the number of tiles required be n
l=20 m = 2000 cm
b = 6 m = 600 cm
Area of floor = l×b
= 2000×600
=1200000cm Square
area of each tile = 25×20
=500 cm Square
No. of tiles required = Area of floor ÷ area of
tile
=1200000÷500
=2400 tiles
