A room with a floor of length 4 m and width 3.2 m has a tiled border of width 25 cm. Find the area of the border and the remaining area of the floor.

Area of remaining room = 11.06sq mtr
Area of border = 1.74 sq mtr

urvishkhira: answer is 3.35 sqm and 9.45 sqm
