circumference of a circle is equal to the length of rope.
circumference of a circle = 2πr

2.2 = 2\pi \: r \\  2.2 = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r \\  \frac{2.2}{2}  \times  \frac{7}{22}  = r \\  \frac{22}{2 \times 10}  \times  \frac{7}{22}  = r \\  \frac{7}{20}  = r
