Solution ↓

Length of rope = 420 m

Number of pieces it's cut = 6

Length of each piece = 420 ÷ 6

= 70 m

Conversion of m into cm ↓

We know that :-

1 m = 100 cm

70 m = (70 × 100) cm

70 m = 7000 cm

The length of each piece in cm :-

7000 cm

The length of each piece in m :-

70 m

Hope it will help you.
