Hey mate.......

here is ur answer,....

Ques) a rope of length 5m is stretched to a tension of 80 N. If its mass is 1kg, at what speed 10Hz transverse wave travel down the string?

Ans))) By using the fomula..

V = root ( F / m/l)

F = 80 N
m = 1
l = 5

= root ( 80 × 5 / 1)

= /400 m^2 s^2

= 20 m/s

Hope it helps♥

Mass– 1kg
length–5m
Tension force–80N

μ =  \frac{m}{l}
velocity =  \sqrt{ \frac{force}{μ} }  \:
μ=1/5=0.2

velocity =  \sqrt{ \frac{80}{.2} }  \\  =  \sqrt{400}  \\  = 20m {sec}^{ - }

☆☆☆☆Velocity in string is 20m/s ☆☆☆☆
