a rubber ball is dropped from top of a tower of height 90 metres , when the ball hits the ground and rebounds , it rises to height equal to two third of previous height. at the third hit on the ground the ball came to stand still . find the total distance travelled by the ball

The total the total distance covered by the ball would be 210 metres as when the ball bounces it covers 60 M  and when it comes again to the ground it again covers 60 M. it means 90 + 60 + 60 is equal to 210 M
