A rubber band can change its shape under on force and stretchiry . Will you classify it as solid or not ? Justify your answer.

A solid at extreme cases can change its shape WHEN EXTERNAL FORCE is applied.so even if rubber band or book changes its shape they are solids.

yes it stretching easily...normally it is also classified as a solid bcoz a solid can be stretched easily..in case of rubber it regain it's shape after this..nd their molecule are close to each other..which perfectly for the definition of solid
