YES, A RUBBER BAND WHICH CHANGES IT'S SHAPE WHEN FORCE IS APPLIED ON IT BUT WHEN THE FORCE IS RELEASED IT COMES BACK IN ITS ORIGINAL SHAPE SO IT CAN BE REGARDED AS SOLID.

hi....yes rubber band is solid .it change it shape only when force is applied on it ,and when force is realize it come back to its original position
