diameter =200m
radious =100m
circumference of circular track =2×22×100/7=4400/7m
1m 10secs=70see
runner completes in 20 seconds 4400/7m
in 1 second runner completes 4400/(7×20)
=220/7m

in 1min10sec =70sec completes 220×70/7
=2200m =2.2km
required distance travelled by runner =2.2km

Hey, Here is your answer
_______________________

Diameter of circular track
= 200 m

Time taken by runner to complete one round
= 20 sec.

Total distance cover in one round
 = 2\pi \: r \\ \\ = 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times \frac{200}{2} \\ \\ = \frac{4400}{7} \: \: m
Total distance cover in 1 second
 = \frac{4400}{7} \times \frac{1}{20} \: \: m \\ \\ = \frac{220}{7} \: \: m
Total distance cover in 1 min. 10 sec.
( = 60 + 10 sec. = 70 sec. ) is
 = \frac{220}{7} \times 70 \: \: m \\ \\ = 220 \times 10 \: \: m \\ \\ = 2200 \: \: m
Now ,
Total displacement in 1 round = 0 m
and time taken to complete 1 round = 20 sec

:. In 20 sec. time the net displacement is 0 m

then ,
Total displacement in 60 sec. is
= 3 × 20 sec ..... ( as 20 sec. = 0 m )
= 3 × 0 m
= 0 m

Total displacement in 10 sec
 = 2r \\ = d \\ = 200 \: \: m
:. Total displacement in 70 sec.
= 60 + 10 sec. .... ( as displacement in 60 sec. = 0 m and 10 sec. = 200 m )
= 0 + 200 m
= 200 m
