A running fork vibrates with a frequency of 256hz .if the speed of sound is 345.6hz , find the wave and the distance which the sound travels during the time, the fork makes 60 vibrations.

wavelength = 345.6/256= 1.35m

distance travelled = 60x 1.35= 81m
