The track was not completed.

1/6 km left to cover.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that the track is 1 km long

Jogged distance = 1/6 km

Run distance = 2/3 km

Then total distance travelled is

= (1/6 + 2/3) km

= (1 + 4)/6 km

= 5/6 km

Since 5/6 km is less than 1 km, we can conclude that the track was not completed.

Then the distance left to cover is

= (1 - 5/6) km

= (6 - 5)/6 km

= 1/6 km
