If B's Income is 100, A's income is 20% Less than B's, A's income will be 80% of 100— i.e. 80. Now,if A 's income is compared to B's , it is 20 % more than A, ,from B's perspective, but from A's Perspective, B has 20 more than his 80, and it is 25% of 80
