let  \: the \: income \: of \: b \:  = 100\\  \: let \: the \: income \: of \:a  = 100 - 20 \\  = 80 \\ more \: income \: by \: b \: from \: a \:  = 100 - 80 \\  = 20 \\ percentage \: of \: more \: income \:  \\  =  \frac{20}{80}  \times 100  \\  = 25\%
