Let, B's salary be 100

then, A's salary = 100 × (100-20)/100 = 80

Let, B's salary is x% of A's salary

According to question :

80 × x/100 = 100

=> x = (100×100)/80 = 125%

So, B's salary will be 125% of A's salary. ✔✔
