Step-by-step explanation:

Given :-

  • A's salary is 5% lower than B's

To find:

  • what per cent is B's salary .

Supposed

  • B's Salary is 100

then ,

  • A's salary is 100×5/100= 5

salary of A is 5 less than salary of B

% = (5/95) x 100

           = 1 / 19 x 100

           = 100 / 19

  • Hence B's salary higher than A's percentage is 100/19 or 5.26
