Let the salary of b is Rs x ,

So, salary of a will be 4 times of Rs x = Rs 4 x,

So,
b's salary = Rs x
a's salary = Rs 4x

Given that together they earn = Rs 3750

= > Salary of b + Salary of a = Rs 3570

= > Rs x + Rs 4x = Rs 3570

= > Rs 5x = Rs 3570

= > Rs x × 5 = Rs 750 × 5

= > Rs x = Rs 750

Hence,
Monthly salary of b = Rs x = Rs 750

Monthly salary of a = Rs 4x = Rs 4( 750 ) = Rs 3000
