Hello Mate!

Let the B salary be x
then A salary = x - 20x/ 100
= 80x/100 = 4x/5

How much salary of B is more than A ( percentage )

( x - 4x/5 )/ 4x/5 × 100
x/5 × 5/4x × 100
= 25%
