mass of solute = 25g

mass of solvent = 250g

we know,

mass of solution = mass of solute + mass of solvent

= 25g + 250g

= 275g

mass percentage of solution

= mass of solute/mass of solution x 100

= 25/275 x 100

= 9.09....
