◇ Litmus turnes into blue thats mean the solution is basic which means the salt is basic salt which composed from strong base and weak acid

☆ NaOH + CH3COOH = CH3COONa + H2O

◇ Sodium acetate is a salt formed by stronge NaOH base linked with CH3COOH weak acid , the solution turnes litmus into blue
