Ammonium phosphate:[NH4]3PO4

1 mol of (NH4)3PO4 contains 12 mol H atoms and 4 mol oxygen atom

12 mol H atom==>>4 mol O atom

3.18 mol H atom==>>3.18x4/12=1.06mol

1.06mol is 1.06avagadro no. of atoms=1.06x 6.022 × 10^23.
                                                              ==>>6.38x10^23 atoms

Ammonium Phosphate- (NH4)3 PO4
Contains 3.18 moles of H atoms

There are total 12 H atoms
So, 12 H --> 3.18 moles
1 H --> 3.18/12

Similarly, 1 Oxygen atom --> 3.18/12 moles
So, 4 O atoms --> {3.18/12}×4
Which is equal to = 3.18/3
=1.06 Moles

Hope, this helps
