Clumping occurs when the antigens and antibodies are of same type. This is called agglutination. Your blood type matches whatever antibody caused agglutination. For Eg if clump is formed when ur blood cells agglutinates with anti-B than u have B antigen.
Antiserum is a blood serum containing antibodies against antigens.
