a sample of water boils at 104 degre c and it also tastes salty. what could be the reason behind this?

boiling point of water is 100 degree celcius at standard temp and pressure
if something solvent is added to it boiling point increases

if salt is added in it in small amount. it can increase its boiling point so it must be a salt solution
