No the water is not pure because it has been observed that a pure water boils at 100° C. And if there would be some impurities present in it than its boiling point will increase. So this water is not pure.

Answer:

Sample 'B' will not freeze at 0°C because it is not pure water. At one atmospheric pressure, the boiling point of pure water is 100°C and the freezing point of pure water is 0°C.
