a sample of water under study was found to boil at 102 degree celcius at normal temperature and pressure. Is the water pure? Will this water freeze at 0 degree celcius? comment....

1} water is not pure 
2} Kb for water = 0.512°C/m This means that the water is 2/0.512 = 3.90m in respect of dissolved ions. thus it will not freeze at 0 degree celcius

water is not pure and it will not freeze on 0°C because its not pure.
