A sample of water under study was found to boil at 102*C at normal atmospheric pressure. Is the water sample pure? Will this water freeze at 0*C? ​

here, this isn't the case. Hence the water is not pure. This water won't freeze at 0°C

the water has some dissolved impurities

and will freeze below 0°C
