<font color= blue> if satellite has more velocity that a certain value, it will move away in a Tangential direction to the desired orbit. If it's velocity is less than that certain value, it will not rotate in a desired orbit but fall on the earth. So a satellite needs a specific velocity to revolve in a specific orbit.
