Heya.....

Here's your answer.....

Mass of the Earth, M = 6.0 * 10 ²⁴

Mass of the satellite, m = 250 kg.

Radius of the earth, Re = 6.4* 10 ⁶

Universal Gravitational constant, G = 6.67 * 10⁻¹¹ Nm²kg⁻²

Height of the satellite at a height h = 500 km = 5 *10⁵ m = 0.5 * 10⁶ m

Energy required to send the satellite out of its orbit  = -(Bound energy)

= (1/2) GMem / (Re + h )

= (1/2) * 6.67 * 10⁻¹¹ * 6 * 10²⁴ * 250 / ( 6.4 *10⁶ + 0.5 * 10⁶)

= 7.25 * 10 ⁹ J

Thanks....!!!

XD

Sorry baby 'wink'
