A saturated solution of salt and water is cooled to 15 degrees * C from room temperature. Will there be anychanges in the solution?​

Yes there will be change observed. As solution was saturated it means no more solute(salt here) can be mixed in it (kut kut ke bhara hua hai)

Temperature tries to dissolve more solute in it , for example if at room temperature you have dissolved enough salt in water to make it saturated , adding more salt will not dissolve but it will remain suspended in water you will then clearly see salt particle inside water, but when you heat the solution then you will see that some of the extra salt have dissolved , similarly when you decrease the temperature then some dissolved salt will come out from their dissolved state.
