winning candidates received 210 votes that means he received maximum votes

acc to question votes received in ratio of 1 :2:3

the winner will get max value of ratio

let take 1x , 2x and 3x unit votes

3x unit is equal to 210

3x=210

x=70

then put the value of x

we get 70, 140 ,210

add it

we get total votes 420
