A school has 238 students. To go on a field trip, Rs. 100 were collected from each student. What was the total amount collected when 8 students were not given permission to go?​

Answer:

Total no of students =238

Number of students permitted to go on trip=238-8

=230

fees collected from each student= 100

Total amount collected=230×100=23000Rs
