It is true that , a school,is not just a place of academics but also a platform to learn basics of life. School is a place where students and teachers of different families with different customs and culture meet and interact. Being in such an environment, enable the student to learn basics of life i.e. negotiation skills, employability, organization skills, conflict management, stress management, project management and etc. which is necessary for a child for their future.
Before starting with our academic life, our parents teaches us to respect our teachers and people who we meet. Just the same way, our teachers and our classmates teaches us rather in a casual way , on how to communicate with people who meet and how to lay our first impression on them.
In a class, a class teacher always motivates each and every student to take up the responsibility of organizing an event and managing it. The reason behind being, the teacher tries her students to develop leadership qualities which may help a child's taking out their inner leader and lead their way to their dream thus showing complete dominance over their desire.
We all are in a class , and definitely there will be some students who are short tempered or fight addict. And we being their mates cant just really judge them of their behavior because they are knack of it. Even if we get encountered to their petty fight we should take the opportunity and try to learn how to keep control of our temper . Thus helping a students patience level and conquering their victory over conflict management.
At last i would say, i too being a student admits it that our school shows special importance to academics. But, the events organized by our school with different schools, or with different countries has definitely helped many of my mates to develop their basic skills of life...
