Answer: For School Computer Lab :-
Go with broadband of BSNL OR ACT FIBRE .
As Broadband also you to get unlimited INTERNET to all the computer at the lab.
BSNL comes under government and also provide cheap services. BSNL is cheap but internet is slower compared to ACT FIBRE.
IF your computer lab have enough budget then ACT FIBRE is good as its fast but expensive and its service charge can be more as it come under private.
