A scientist found a twin planet of earth. The planet having same diameter as earth but the mass of the planet is twice the earth. Calculate the change of weight will take place if you are sent to the new planet.​

If the mass is twice than that of earth means the gravitational force there will be twice than that of earth because force is directly proportional to the product of masses of two objects. So if the mass is doubled then our weight will also be double there which means if a person weights 40kg on earth then he/she will weight 80kg on that planet
